Bunroeun is National Executive Director and founding member of CCASVA (January 1996). A Professor of Mathematics, he also holds a Bachelor of Law degree and a Master of Public Administration. He has extensive experience in working with vulnerable or orphaned street children and their families in Phnom Penh; with particular expertise in sexual and reproductive health, reintegration programs and home care for people living with HIV/AIDS.
Program Coordinator - Um Vibol
Vibol has been CCASVA’s Program Coordinator since 2008. Vibol also holds a Bachelor of BBA degree and has broad experience working with street children and their families; particularly in areas of reintegration, drug abuse and crime prevention. He is the principle developer of training materials and manages a program for Drug Abuse and Crime Prevention.
Centre Manager (CCD) - Loa Songheng
Songheng is the Centre Manager and commenced working with CCASVA in 1999. He is responsible for the overall management and operations of the center. This integral role includes initial interviews, admission, ongoing case management, education program planning, overseeing all aspects of child welfare and development of essential reintegration programs.
Administration/Accounts - Koe Serey
Serey is a CCASVA foundation staff member. He has had extensive experience in accountancy and holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree. Serey manages all aspect of administration and financial management at CCASVA. Additionally he provides staff training in asset and cash management. Serey is a valuable member of the CCASVA management team.
Volunteer Technical Advisor - Peter Gray
Peter Gray commenced his work with CCASVA in 2005 as a volunteer Technical Advisor. Apart from his role as TA to the Executive Director, Peter's primary role now is fund raising for the Center for Child Development (CCD) and the implementation of in–house education programs. With 30 years of business management behind him, Peter is well equipped for his role at CCASVA. Previously serving in the Australian Army with active service in Malaysia and Borneo, he is now committed to helping children who live in dangerous and deplorable conditions in the slums of Phnom Penh.
